Warming up is the action of raising the temperature before performing any activity. physical, and constitutes an obvious point of union between sport and dance. Irrigate blood to everything the body, loosen up, gradually induce an adequate mental state, raise trust and generate the openness necessary to connect with the group and the space. Definitely, perform a series of preparatory exercises to cultivate a state of presence and high attention.

But, What if we performed all these preparatory exercises with full but the purpose was uncertain? What if we don't know what we are preparing for??, it's for him imminent premiere of our work at an international dance festival?, is it for the important final of the first mixed football world cup in which we are going to participate?, maybe is the warm-up before our first history class, to connect with what is inscribed within the limits of our skin?

The word “fabulous” comes from the Latin fabulosus which means “wonderful story”. Their lexical components are: fable (tale) plus the suffix -oso (abundant in), fabulosus was also used to describe something that was 'the subject of many fables'.

In this Fables Warm-up, we will carry out preparatory exercises for an event fictional, indeterminate, to discover. An event that we can sense during the session but that will never come because as in every fable, this warm-up is coming accompanied by a final moral, only instead of being revealed at the end it is presented right now, before starting: “Warming does not exist. There is only premiere, There is only history class and there is only party final. Warming is perpetual, there is nothing to prepare for, there is no place to arrive"
