The course has been very, very intense, exhausting… In my case it helped me to open my mind, to realize a change is possible, It is not a utopia, feasible and also very real. It was like the light that guides you to the end of the tunnel.
Although it is an idea very brave, It is very well structured and developed, so for reaching new, it is very easy to follow and understand what is.
The idea is fascinating, but the best is how to transmit it, the energy that you had all, professionalism you have shown, You have caught us.
I have one but only, and is that after finishing a few weeks ago, I find it a bit difficult to structure it in real time, the games, challenges… But everything will be and already is…
Congratulations to all, Mary Ruth, Peter, Shellie, Pedro, Susana, Elena and I can not forget Miguel!
SEMBRANDO ARE GREAT CHANGE AND YOU ARE! , the forward, BRAVE, , the forward!
I liked the course because it has made me think a lot. For me it was a creative process that was already very strong need in my profession.
Thank you very much Peter, Elena, Michael and Susan for their good work and the organization, because the times were-tight and had to experience many things. . A hug.

DISCOVERIES
Metaphors
Now, after discovering them and experience them feel they are so, but important. I think that alone would not have become aware of its usefulness and relevance in the learning process .... LEARNING also capitalized, that happens all the time in life. I do not know what I find most beautiful, If the fact of experiencing a metaphor or fact imagine the person who creates thinking, searching, finding metaphoric and poetic ways that reflect the intensity and relevance of anonymous and simple facts. Metaphors are the glasses to see increasing, for poetry that follows the existing. I have to start looking for my own metaphors and so far have used those created by others.
MARY RUTH Operas ... AND HER KIDS @ S
Mary Ruth thanks for sharing ... "Is there anyone who wants to share?”. She shares. She makes her speech is so intense ... sometimes he gets excited with the texts that children wrote and wants to share with us. These texts are truly amazing. They are not incredible because they believe they can make children but are truly amazing because they show the yoke in which we remain children throughout their schooling. How can we remain calm knowing that there is potential within a human being and do nothing to get develop?…
"The colors inside me are shouting for joy"
"Last night I felt in my head thunder and lightning"
TAKE RISK…
Yes risking yes ... but for this we must work much confidence. Trust does not give us the key to that risk ends in profit but gives us the strength to bear the loss if it happened.
THE GAME
The dynamics of movement and play. Admittedly, these things work, that generate real chemistry and a willingness to leave our place comfortable in front of a group. Verte forced by such a proposal in a course forces you to break the statism ... to get away from you and give yourself to the game.
Do things at the same time, sing, skip, laugh and start family resultarnos. Also look out the personalities ... how different we are outside!!! ... however I feel that the deep concerns of human beings are very similar ... in essence we are like everyone ... there are more things that unite us than separate us, despite trying so hard to make our personalities.
TO WRITE
After each action Mary Ruth invites us to write about what I experienced, to reflect on what we felt or thought. This tool is significantly useful .... In life and in school .... And I think that is no longer used because it is too dangerous ...... .what would respond if children after each explanation or school activity had to write down what they felt or thought about activity ... doing so profound and authentic.
Reflecting and writing ... one of the great compromises that you have to have with himself.
SILENCE
Make room for silence in the classroom is to allow time for children to think ... to speak out ... During the school day does not usually have much time ... the teachers do not stop talking, we ask questions that are answered quickly and we miss very interesting moments to stop and really think about what happens. Children get used to that noise, so they know that silence is something that is imposed, It not manifested ...
But I wanted to talk about the need for genuine silence in the classroom, the need to create that peaceful and respectful environment that is not imposed because it gives so necessary. If we taught to value silence this way the school would fill moments of meaning and calm. No Look for quick answers in a class, give time, observe a silence that is done to make room for those who need time, those who thought were way less impulsively ... that also seems revolutionary ... give space for silence occurs, it is a necessity, it is a search by the group .......
CHALLENGES
The challenges are posed like that ... challenges ... something hard to get but worth fighting for it, fight for it, although sometimes not always get. The challenge generates a goal to achieve and, If you accept the challenge, You are inevitably forced to get inside, take on a challenge gives meaning to every action and decision because you know that's what you get ... to where you go.
Giving meaning to what we do, we age we, is a fundamental principle for being comfortable with what we are and not be swayed like dead fish.
The school must consider the challenge, not compulsory for students / as do what they are asked more or less obedient, but to analyze their own context of meaning to load its entire annual project based on the life of the child / a, the school, the kind of students and the reality existing beyond its walls.
The challenges ... how it is done so that the children take their action in the classroom as a challenge?… In LOVA I have noted the importance of recreational dynamics, group, noncompetitive ... provoke reflection on what happens in the dynamic own ........
A challenge to get ... fail ... try again ... write how we feel ... what happens ... why not get it .... All this is pure social reflection of what happens in a community, life is pure, It is the development of discursive skills, reflective, empathic, of leadership, overcoming, cooperatives ... they have it all!.
Challenge children with a game, a test seemingly innocent, can help us to reflect and to reach reflections children themselves ... because of the practice in the school of these actions .... Not through speeches adults ... but through self-reflection ... it provides solutions and grow individually and collectively .... Group ... and is learning experience. Once applied continuously this work can continue to deepen with other challenges sharper, perhaps more theoretical, more abstract .... The challenges…
PRESENTATIONS
Very clear message. I, despite the anguish that lived with the lack of time, (for I am slow rhythms and gloat much ...... ..no me know if you notice in this evaluation), I marveled at how, among all of, We were weaving loom consistency operatic. It would not have been possible without the great minds, quick and responsible for the three speakers. clearly they knew where we should direct us and expressed forcefully to prevent us lost in digressions (that's what the evaluations).
This respect of time is another learning incorporate me.
What I liked LESS
Making it clear that I know LOVA is an educational form applied for years, I feel there is something in the organization of the trades that I fails to convince. First we talk about interdependence in the various jobs and finally establishing a relationship ends vertical hierarchy ... and not very clear interdependence ... so, at the end, I experienced more relations management and coordination rather than command ... which are what I seem to get more complicated but much more interesting.
I feel there trades that do not have much sense of themselves as investigative work spaces for themselves .... For example ... Makeup Artists, I think, they would have to be the same costume as their work is anecdotal throughout the fabric of creation of the company. The same goes for carpentry ... I find much more sense to do a working group of scenography in which those trades clumping and has no hierarchical relationship between the two groups.
So would not leave any working group without the ability to create ... there would be creative and artisans in different groups, but it would ensure that in all professions both situations give ... creation and construction.
CONCLUSION ... WHY HE MADE AN OPERA?
I wanted to learn, Become more aware and I think I've achieved thanks to the skill and professionalism of the entire team of teachers and educators who have made this year and thanks to the characteristics of the group has been very rich and varied ... thank each and all.

Those intense and vibrant 8 days represent a turning point in the life of any. After that, nobody is yesterday. I appreciate that time, on the one hand, because it is the first essential step of the way. Without such training, and still with her, Opera is so great, The project is so huge, that it requires all our energy, our desire, in a special way to see the road, the forest, and assess what each tree can give him: fruits, shadow, beauty… The intensity of the training period, sometimes tiring, always interesting, Super demanding and super dynamic, You can sometimes cause us to lose the north. Although it is to make us walk the same path that our children will walk, It is also observe and feel, How can "pave the way", allowing children to do and at the same time, do not miss the target. There is a continuous dudalidad, We are creators and simultaneously help to create without interfering, we are concerned about the whole process, but we must bear in mind the ultimate aim to get children to "succeed" and frustration become our ally, not our enemy. We went out and walked in our role as "facilitators" and continually cradores our little opera. In the end, some weeks later, one is beating heart reminding colleagues, the environment, the job, what he is demanded himself and what surprised himself… I imagine the kids just happen.
And later, each in its own center, trying to advance his own opera… How will that? Will we be able to connect with other colleagues in the distance Lova, to be able to share doubts, problems, challenges…? Can we make use of the enormous energy of the workshop synergies generated and allowed us to build our small / huge first act?
I own duality, companions. I feel like I will not be able to without you, and at the same time, see, with absolute consciousness… I will not be able to live without the opera.
The implementation of the methodology, the other side of this shiny coin and bizarre today we are fortunate to treasure, not stop asking questions. Doubt and suffer, intuit and flipo, I imagine and I am happy, all in igualitas servings… fucking duality! And I feel, At the very depths of my soul, in this mystery of each child, of each opera, of each group.. in special, how different, the different needs, looks different… there is the magic of this tiny, but profound, deep, profoundest work is to help our children to do their opera.
So one is roll up, looking for a good group of crazy people who want to help me (and know some music, if not I do not know!) and put to work, because I know that I will not be able to live without the opera.
(I stay with reflection of the companion on the various professions, I like the idea of organizing working groups that the craftsmanship and artistic meeting will give. The group of illuminators may be a good example, make your own lights and create environments with them is the perfect combination.
Two notes to the margin, which they are the same as. I have no copy of the proposed tests for makeup artists, set designers, illuminators… those that were upgraded and then collected. By the way, What if we spend a PDF with all the documentation partitioned… at some point I lost the plot tidbits. Thank you. If anyone has good pictures of the materials that are "hung" there… the pass.
By last, thanks to everyone. Not only our teachers, our spiritual guides, our logistics and mental support… but each and every one of this group of domino pieces, because all, They were all support, a guide and, especially, teachers on the path depth.

WHY MAKE AN OPERA'm wanting?
The question has changed slightly, but the spirit remains the same ...
This summer, of the 1 al 8 of July, I relived some of the essence of my life, I freshened what gives meaning to my vocation, why education ... in the company of others ... with "my company" ... SPIRAL ...
In the center of that spiral, We are each of the elements that are part of the educational system: students, profes, parents, environment ... and the opera is achieved that each pureed its range of personal action, artistic, social, spiritual ... and if you do go! …
As the project develops opera going deeper into the pedagogical nuances, encompassing artistic and professional adventure, but there is also a human growth, personal and group that transcends the project and does, from my point of view, more valid if possible.
We find ourselves beyond what is pedagogically correct (what it is this project) and through it we come to the human, the essence, what we all really care, what gives meaning to our lives ... why what we do and we ... "Why are we doing an opera?”
challenges, reflections, I work in large and small group, share an objective to be, to grow as an individual and as a group. laughs, parrots, emotions to the surface ... that and much more is LOVA at the Royal Theater ...
