The Main Auditorium, with a capacity for 1,958 people, is an internationally recognised theatre, not only for its design and decoration, but also for its exceptional acoustics. The Main Auditorium is laid out so it can be used for smaller meetings, without losing any of its charm.

The stage house, which features some very advanced technology, means the Teatro Real can offer a variety of possibilities for even the most demanding shows.

Given the busy schedule and cultural programme at the Teatro Real, this space is only available for hire on limited occasions, which means that any private event held here will be utterly exclusive.

The Orchestra Room, also known as the Manuel de Falla room, has wood panelling, and the curved surface of the space allows for the musical notes to resonate with the best acoustics possible. Large wooden umbrella-like structures unfold to light up the room and refine the acoustics, creating a unique and welcoming space that gives a glimpse of the old part of Madrid through the colonnade of the opera house.

The privileged location of the Manuel de Falla room, which was previously reserved for the best orchestras in the world to practice in, and the beauty of the unique architectural design, mean that this space is an exclusive location for even the most discerning hosts.
