Your event at the Real

Presentations of various articles, work meetings, conferences, luncheons, award ceremonies, cocktail parties, film premières, concerts and large institutional events, among others.

You can organise an event whenever there are no other public activities taking place in the main hall, since all the rooms and the restaurant are used as transit points and meeting places for those attending the function before it begins and during the interval. 

The capacity of the rooms at the theatre depend on the type of event being organised.
A cocktail party for 300 people could be held in one room, or the capacity could be increased to 1,100 people if several rooms were hired at once. In this case, we would offer all of the rooms on the 2nd floor of the Teatro Real.
For a seated dinner, the rooms have a maximum capacity of 70 guests. The Café de Palacio can host up to 150 people, and the restaurant has room for 250 guests.
The Teatro Real is also able to offer a sit down dinner for up to 400 people, using both the restaurant and the two adjoining rooms.

In order to formally reserve a space on a specific date, you should sign the confirmation document and put down a deposit worth 25% of the total amount due.

The Teatro Real does not accept reservations if the 25% deposit has not been paid for the event.

The Gayarre room is the only space with audiovisual equipment.
If you need audiovisual equipment for other spaces, then you will be responsible for organising it.

In order to offer the most accurate estimate possible, the Teatro Real needs to know certain details, such as the date of the event, the number of people attending, the approximate time, the type of event and the set-up required.
Once all of this information has been provided, a budget can be sent that includes prices and photographs of the most adequate rooms.

Security personnel, ushers, management, cloakroom, audiovisual support and technical personnel in the case of the Gayarre Room.
 

VAT, catering and assembling of the event.

Up to 4 hours for the event, including assembly.
The use of spaces for a longer time will entail a supplement:
 

• Per hour or hourly fraction: €300

Yes, as long as there is the availability of date and time and the assembling of the event does not conflict with the Teatro Real's own activity of the season. 

It will depend on the availbale space on stage on the requested date.

Through signing a contract and the payment of 25% of the budget as a deposit for the event.
 

The dates that the theater has available for carrying out an event include an entire artistic season, so it is very difficult to know two seasons in advance if a date is available since the Teatro Real programming has priority over any other activity.
