El Real Audiovisual

The activities of the Teatro Real don’t just happen on stage. Its productions are broadcast via different media, from live or recorded broadcasts in cinemas, on television and radio or online, to special transmissions for schools. At least once per season, El Real broadcasts an opera to public spaces throughout Spain, bringing the performance out on to the street, free of charge, and to the largest possible audience. As well as these initiatives, El Real has an audiovisual portal, “My Opera Player”, with an extensive repertoire of opera, dance and concert recordings.
